- Their sales staff answered all of my questions quickly by Americans who I could understand. Also, they were nerds, and knew about all of the technical things I was asking about.
- A tech called me a week ahead of time to warn me of a scheduled 15-minute outage that would affect my server. He wanted to make sure he answered any questions I might have.
- There were a few minutes of downtime the other night from a bad network switch. They just emailed me to let me know that, per their service-level agreement (SLA), I’d be getting a 20% credit on my next invoice for that downtime. I didn’t have to ask for it (I wasn’t planning to), fill out any forms, or provide proof.
