Has anyone used The Planet for hosting and had good or bad experiences?

Note:

“bad” doesn’t mean “They wanted me to pay them to install WordPress!”
“good” doesn’t mean “I’ve had a $70/month server there for 3 weeks and they’ve had 100% uptime!”
