App Store developers furious over crafty “line jumping” names →

Since the App Store’s categories are doing a dumb alphabetical sort, dodgy developers are prepending their apps’ names with spaces and punctuation so they show up on top.
I noticed a lot of this alphabetical-spam earlier today. It’s one of the many problems Apple’s going to need to solve for the App Store.
Another significant problem is the user ratings. I think they need better filtering: many of the negative ratings are completely irrelevant and invalid (like most of Band’s, which are from jailbreakers who are upset that this previously-free-on-hacked-phones app is now $10 for the official App Store).
