I’ve heard that wonderful music on hold with someone else before… just can’t remember who. I wonder if the big companies compete to discover the worst on-hold music that customers will tolerate.
And I didn’t know it was possible to mispronounce “Adam”. Although I’ve also been surprised with past misspellings of “Amy”.
