QuickShot is an iOS application that leverages the power of Dropbox to do amazing things with photos and videos.

Tools like Photo Stream brought cloud photos to the masses but they only scratch the surface of what it means to have media in the cloud. QuickShot allows the control of almost every aspect of the upload process including where files go and what they are named once they reach Dropbox. Combining that level of control with Mac OS X folder actions or Dropbox automation services enables the creation of complex workflows that send captured items to iPhoto, OCR software, Twitter, or other destinations based on how the app is configured to upload. The best part is all of these settings can be changed at once with just a few taps.
